Gallery pedestals. One ingredient each. An instruction card hanging above every station. Marie Adam-Leenaerdt’s Fall/Winter 2026 after-show dinner felt like an IKEA food court produced by The Row.
Vol-au-vent and choux craquelin across each station, guests moving through the sequence and building their own plate from scratch. During the show they’d already been handed that logic: pick up your stool, place it wherever you want, compose the room yourself. The table was just the next station. White pedestals, clean gallery light, instruction cards. Quiet luxury, some assembly required.
